Safa, first couch-to-5K week
3 min run, 2 min walk, 30 min session
6 cycles. No leftover minutes.
A run-walk interval plan divides a session into run minutes plus walk minutes, then counts how many of those cycles fit the time you have. Leftover minutes sit at the end. It is a way to stay on your feet when a straight run still feels far. It is not a race plan and not rehab advice.
Enter run minutes, walk minutes and the total session length.
